He has the distinction of writing the words for many of his compositions in various languages like Hindi, Urdu, Brijbhasha, Gujarati, Bengali and English.
In his classical compositions he is a modern day "Vagyekar" following the footsteps of his illustrious gurus of the Bhatkhande parampara.
His Sitar compositions follow the Itawa Gharana streams of Tantrakari baaj as well as vocalised gats.
